What we collect
What you submit via the contact form or booking: name, business, email, message. Plus standard server logs. We use no advertising cookies and no analytics.
Why
To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. Lawful basis: legitimate interest, and steps prior to entering a contract.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for 12 months unless we start working together.
Client data in agent builds
Confidential data a client supplies to set up or calibrate an agent is used only for that purpose and deleted as soon as the calibration is done. It is never sold, never shared with another client or any third party, and never used to train anyone else’s AI. How we handle it.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion. Email will@stentari.ai. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Processors
Form delivery (Resend), booking (Calendly), hosting (Vercel), and voice agents where deployed (telephony provider named in the client agreement).
International transfers
Resend, Calendly and Vercel are United States companies, so the information you send us is stored and processed in the US as well as the UK. UK data protection law permits this only where an approved safeguard is in place. We rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which forms part of our contract with each of those suppliers. A copy is available on request.
Cookies
The booking calendar is not loaded until you choose to open it, so no third-party cookies are set unless you do.
