What we do
Four steps, and you own the output at the end of them.
Map
You complete a structured intake form covering how the work actually flows: what comes in, who touches it, what it costs, what breaks. We work from that and fill the gaps with you directly, so we are not billing you to discover things you already know. Every repetitive job gets named, timed and costed. Every constraint, whether people, tools, regulation or cash, gets written down.
Triage
For each job: can AI do it, should AI do it, and what would break if it did. We're honest about the “should not”. Some things need a person, and we'll say so.
Plan
A short, prioritised document: what to automate first, why, what it costs to build and run, and what it returns. Ranked by leverage, not by how impressive it sounds.
Decide
You own the plan. Build it with your own people, hand it to another supplier, or have us build it. If it's us, the consultancy fee comes off the first build.

What it costs
Billed by the hour, credited against your first build.
£50 an hour, for the time we actually spend. We estimate the engagement before we start, so you know the range up front. Credited in full against your first agent or website build with us.
